After you received a call to verify your order; processing and shipping start immediately. Delivery is done once it’s shipped to your state.

You will be called again in the morning on the day of delivery to let us know where we will get to meet you and actually deliver the product to you.

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. WatchPreme does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

NO DELIVERY YET AFTER 5DAYS?

If you have not received your order within 5 days from payment, please contact our Customer support. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

If you didn’t get your order in 10 days, we will refund you in full.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are not to pay any custom fees once the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and you will not get custom fees when they arrive to you.
